Must have worked as Head of Production Deptt for min 10 years with a track record of an achiever.
Must be having hand-on experience of working with QHSE Management systems for min 5 years
Must have skills to prepare plant material balance himself & estimation of yields & recoveries himself.
Must have good documentation & communication skills
Must be well versed with the activities involved in the maintenance (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Civil) activities & practices such as spare parts management , preventive & predictive maintenance/ reading of engineering drawings.
Must have good sense & understanding of energy conservation ( Thermal/Electrical)
Must be aware of basics of Utility operations & maintenance ( Boiler/Cooling Towers etc)
Must be quality, cost & safety conscious personality
Must be innovative, open mind & result oriented person
