Roles & Responsibilities:

Download bills from Mileo and CSV - Needs to know how to convert files to and from CSV/XLS
Update the bills in QB in draft mode - Basic knowledge of any major accounting software.
Credit card transaction entry - Mapping into QB
Expense report entry in draft - fluent knowledge of navigating CoA

Jr A/C - Minimum 1 yr experience with QB/ Zoho/ Xero
Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents ·
Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan·
Responding to information requests from authorized members.

Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
FLUENCY IN ENGLISH
