Specific Responsibilities :--
Reviewing risk information with clients verbally including the Full Business description/Property description.
New business prospecting to former clients.
Issuing review paperwork to the Account Executive and chasing returned documents so that renewal terms can be sent in a timely manner.
Liaising with underwriters verbally and by email on new quotes, renewals and mid term adjustments including full ownership of the referral process.
Ensure that Insurers documentation is correct and fully reflects the cover as requested in the Demands and Needs Statement and that the Terms, Conditions & warranties reflect those accepted by the client.
Preparation and issuing of renewal terms including clearly documented Terms, Conditions and Warranties applicable to the
Raising credit and debit transactions and dealing with account queries.
Invoicing and chasing clients on settlement of premium and where necessary escalating it to head office.
Filing and archiving documentation and correspondence.
Updating claims status and closing off where possible.
Keeping accurate event notes.
