 Coordinate and manage multiple mobile app & web development projects scaled from small to medium-sized.
 Coordinate and manage all the project management activities from project initiation to the end, following the System Development Life Cycle Process (SDLC) and Agile.
 Project planning, execution, monitoring/control, and closure of Mobile and Web application projects.
 Ensure the tasks assigned are efficiently completed with highest quality, on time and within scope.
 Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information
 Maintain formal project tracking process utilizing various tools and proactively communicate, manage, and resolve project issues and risks.
 Effectively monitor and present project updates and progress to relevant stakeholders, clients and/or project team members.
 Set project timeline and monitor project deliverables.
 Handling client communication, ensuring client satisfaction.
 Ensure that the projects are completed with the highest quality, and on time and within scope.
 Track project status with the development team.
 Mentor and support project team members with tasks you assign them.
 Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure the project team is clear on objectives.
 Work closely with the project manager(s) to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects.
 Manage risk tracking process.
 Monitor and manage project scope.
 Manage all project documentation.
 Work on multiple projects within the company's project portfolio simultaneously.
