Make calls for Renewal of the services
Coordinate with technical team for execution of work.
After completing services, Call clients to take feedback about services
In case of receiving any complaints, coordinate with technical team to resolve within 24 hours
Maintain and update customer master data regularly
Additional task may be added as per organisation's requirement
