Roles & Responsibilities:
Download bills from Mileo and CSV - Needs to know how to convert files to and from CSV/XLS
Update the bills in QB in draft mode - Basic knowledge of any major accounting software.
Credit card transaction entry - Mapping into QB
Expense report entry in draft - fluent knowledge of navigating CoA.
Sr A/c - Minimum 3-5 years of experience with the above.
Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents.
Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan.
Responding to information requests from authorised members.
Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
Prepares source data by compiling and sorting information.
Purges files to eliminate duplication of data.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes
Ensure the accuracy of data and reports to ensure the highest quality of standards
Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills Required Skills:
We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, experience with ZOHO CRM and EXCEL and proficiency in ENGLISH · Data entry experience or related office experience
Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office (formal computer training may be advantageous in progressing in this career).
Attention to detail · Knowledge of grammar and punctuation · Ability to work to time constraints
Exceptional communication and presentation skills FLUENCY IN ENGLIS
